We are a medium-sized totally Australian, private company which for more than 25 years has led the way in creating and producing some of the finest specialty and gourmet foods in Australia. From the outset have been exporting to the UK (pre-Brexit), Dubai and Singapore.
We have a fantastic reputation for the quality and deliciousness of our products, and for our amazing service. For most of our time in business, we have worked in food service. No-one is more demanding than our lovely chef clients -they have trained us so well to be responsive to all our client's needs.
We are absolutely totally HACCP accredited.
In fact, I think we were one of the first in our industry to be fully accredited. Our last, unofficial, audit was "perfect."
